Satisfactory Product but Process Improvement Needed

It was a good designer product, which took time to get dispatched but was worth waiting 3-4 days. However exchange and delivery process needs improvement as return delivery partner is ecomexpress (works on road route) and can take more time for delivery before your actual exchange is dispatched.

Blue dart as delivery partner is good as it uses the air route for such distances and make sure that delivery happens within time.
